You can safely take your Covid Shot anytime as long as you are feeling fine and do not have any fever or flue like symptoms. No restrictions on eating or drinking before or after the shot..

You don’t need to avoid any food or drinks before a Covid vaccine. If you drink alcohol it’s recommended you drink in moderation.
