It sounds like a neuropathy that may originate at the neck level or anywhere along the upper extremities nerves. Would start by checking pillow/ mattress, neck position during the night. If symptoms persist see your doc for an exam.

Most likely acquired carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome, but not feasible to be exact in absence of further history and examination. Have your doctor evaluate this and consider an EMG study if concerns arise.

Depends on how far up the arm the tingling starts. Compression neuropathy at the wrist or elbow is possible, but need to consider also thoracic outlet syndrome. The nerves to your arms & hands exit your neck. They can be compressed between the clavicle & the 1st rib. Various maneuvers and tests can rule this in or out. See your doctor.
