4 year olds eyes are grey instead of white after a few days of diarrhea. he never stopped eating, never felt sick, and never acted strange. should i be worried about his eyes? he also has 3 grey hairs. is that normal?

It's not unusual for a child to have a few -or even many- white hairs, or metallic red hairs, or blonde hairs. Variations in coloring are common. If your child's diarrhea has subsided and he is eating, drinking and has no fever, a temporary change in the eye appearance should not be of concern.
