I've had loose stools and fatigue for several weeks. Also swollen lymph nodes and oral thrush. Mild sore throat. Weight loss. Just started feeling butt bone pain when sitting. I've seen docs and HIV test was neg. Normal CBC. What would you suspect?

Ive had blurry vision (feeling like my eyes are unfocused, dull, and a bit drowsy) for 18 days. Ive been to 2 emergency rooms and eye DR with normal results (ECG, MRI, CBC, CT scan) I also have fatigue/ chills. What could be the issue?
Fatigue, frequent headaches, unexplained bruises, no appetite, red bumps on my arm. Last CBC was normal. This isn't normal, what can be causing this?
