My 3wk old won't have a bowl movement one day the next have huge diarrhea, has been throwing up the last day and it feels like the soft spot on top of his head is a little more in then normal. is there a problem? should i take him to the hospital?

Go to ER now. : As the baby is only 3 weeks old having it checked for any problems right away would be a very good idea and so u shd go to the emergency room now.
