Hi, i pulled my bicep september 17th. it's sitting about 1 inch away from where it needs to. i thought when it healed, it would move back, but it's been more than 5 weeks is there something i can do to move it back or will it require surgery?

If your upper arm's movement is normal and pain free, just give it another month or two before consulting an orthopedist.
