Im a male and finished treatment for chlamydia 3 weeks ago. i still notice a clear liquid inside of my urethra, it doesnt come out of the tip but is noticeable when looking inside. is this normal or could this still be a sign of infection?

This sounds normal, doesn't suggest continued infection. Probably just a bit of reactive mucus and will clear up eventually. Or maybe you're looking more closely than in the past; you may have had the same amount of mucus production all along. Nothing to worry about.

Pl do not try to look inside you can hurt the area. No more discharge then no more worries.
