Too many possible causes to even guess without more information. Do you have sex with other men? In particular receptive anal sex (bottoming?). Anal fissure? Hemorrhoids? Mild itching (pruritus ani) with over-scratching? Yes, STDs can do this (gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis) if sexually exposed, but not HIV. Stop screwing around (pun intended) on a forum like this. Get examined and tested.

If you had no exposure it will not be any of theses. Try sitting in hot/warm water (sitz bath) few times a day and use nupercainol otc ointment to the area. If you had exposure then pl see your doc -now.
