Possibly: You don't have aids. Aids is a complication of HIV infection. It's possible to get HIV from heterosexual sex, though more difficult female to male transmission. You could have an std, if you're worried, i would go to a clinic and get tested. More likely you have a viral illness of some kind, maybe a gastroenteritis. Bottom line, use a condom to protect yourself and see a doc and get checked!
