Hello doctor,i take 4th gen duo combo test at 12wks(0.21)&16wks,114days(0.54) test range.results came negative.my result is increased,so hiv level increased? should i take another test 24wks or 26wks? im too scared and worried.pls clear my worries?

As long as the numbers (0.21 and 0.54) are in the normal range (under 0.9), both results are entirely negative. These numbers do not reflect the amount of either antigen or antibody in your blood. Even the same specimen tested 10 times would give 10 different numbers. It is 100% certain you do not have HIV.
