As long as the numbers (0.21 and 0.54) are in the normal range (under 0.9), both results are entirely negative. These numbers do not reflect the amount of either antigen or antibody in your blood. Even the same specimen tested 10 times would give 10 different numbers. It is 100% certain you do not have HIV.
