I am pregnant (1st trimester), have not been properly diagnosed. but do have some med training. best i can figure i suffer from an advanced stage (4) of fibro myalgia. i do not wish to take pharmaceutical drugs. how should i be treated?

Make certain you blood potassium is normal. Patients with this due to primary aldosteronism and low K are often miss- diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Discuss with your Dr. Can also have high blood pressure problems during preg. Discuss.

Given pregnancy and inherent risks of self diagnosing short of a gradual pregnancy adjusted physical exercise under the care of an experienced physical therapist not sure there is much that can be done. Let your Obs-Gyn doc know, get established early.
