Where does it originate in the head or feet?. Is it when you are lying down or when standing up? Would follow up with neurologist consider MRI of brain and EMG check blood count, sugar level, B12, calcium, potassium, kidney function and thyroid levels. F/u/ w/ neurologist.

Not feasible to be precise in absence of more details, but would be concerned regarding your neck. Spinal cord compression or inflammation, or an unstable spine in the neck are the most likely sources of your problems. Get proactive and fully evaluated.
