Muscle spasm: 20's female w. unilateral neck pain has dizziness w. change in position. These symptoms are associated with superior trapezius muscle spasm. A 20's person would not be expected to have arterial compromise. Best doctor to diagnose is an Osteopath. Massage, heat. topical cannabinoids, and biofeedback are therapeutic. Benzodiazepines can benefit, but are attendant with dependency and side effects.

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
