Abs monocyte = 0.4, relative mon = 12.2% (august 2021), abs monocyte = 0.5, relative mon = 15.3% (feb 2022), abs monocyte = 0.6, relative mon = 15.8% (oct 2022). dr wants to repeat in 1 month and then possibly refer to hematology. is this necessary?

Prolonged monocytosis deserves adequate explanation. Monocytosis is often associated with chronic inflammatory conditions including collagen vascular diseases, hematologic, and malignant disorders.

I did a Hematology Lab test and my results show. Segmenters 0.42. / normal is 0.55 - 0.65 Lymphocytes 0.54 / normal is 0.25 - 0.35 Monocytes 0.01 / normal is 0.02 - 0.08 Esinophils 0.03 / normal is 0.03 - 0.05 Should I be worried? Is it normal?
If my lymphocytes are elevated and monocytes are decreased in my CSF Hematology results from a spinal tap should I be concerned? The tap was to rule out MS, what else could cause the increase and decrease in these levels?
Weak/achy for months. Docs checked immune system in depth and hematology checked blood in depth. No deficiencies/diseases. Should i be reassured?
