I used arm and hammer talcum body powder on my feet for like 6 months. didnt know the risks, but havent used it in almost a year. am i now at a higher risk for ovarian cancer? :(?

No risk at all. The connection between ovarian cancer and talcum powder is from use in the genital area or directly in the vagina. There is no risk from using it on the feet or elsewhere on the body. And the risk primarily involved older versions of talcum powder that also contained small amounts of asbestos, which hasn't been sold in the US for many years.
