See a podiatrist: A podiatrist can advise you on your foot issues. With osteoporosis, you may not want to jump head first into weightbearing activities and risk a stress fracture. Make sure you have shoes that fit, are in good shape, and will provide support and cushioning for your feet. Insoles/and or arch supports might be a good idea. Good luck!

Pool: If you have weak bones and a bad foot, you need to start with low impact and stresses. Pool work is great and you can progress from there.

Osteoporosis: I'm not sure what you mean by a bad foot, but see your podiatrist for help. Low impact to start , certainly. Swimming is a great low impact exercise that is very aerobic and fun to boot. Good luck.
