What you described seems consistent with a condition called prostatorrhea. Prostatorrhea is a normal physiological discharge occurring in young men, who rarely ejaculate to sexual intercourse or masturbation. It's probably related to cultural and religious factors. So if this discharge does not happen after you have sex or masturbation in the previous days, it fits the definition of prostatorrhea.

This is not abnormal for a person like you. A little precum or prostatic fluid leaks out sometimes in people having infrequent ejaculation. When you become sexually active this will disappear. Don't worry.
