I'm prone to senile purpura. lately every time i scratch myself it turns into a giant, red-purple splotch, often breaking the skin. i take citrus bioflavonoids. can a dermatologist help me even more to not be so vulnerable to the most minor scratch?

1 small red purpura on leg no itch. Lab = drug reaction. Doc says senile purpura. Now rust color, Same dx? Daily aspirin. Platelets MVP CBC normal.
