On both sides of my neck when I press down I feel like a pea/ bean thats elastic like and moves.. im freaking out because I think these are my lymph nodes. All my tests were negative so far for hiv. Are my nodes swollen? They are painless. This new?

Very small but hard and immobile occipital lymph node ( I think thats what it is). At the very bottle of my hair line, back of neck on the right side. No pain. Only 25 years old, 116 pounds. Doesnt seem to move. No other swollen nodes or symptoms?
