Constipation can be due to many causes, from not drinking enough water to not eating enough fiber and bulk in meals; Holding on to stool for too long because one is too busy or the timing inconvenient to stool. There are also issues with eating highly processed foods and not exercising enough. Best to see the Gastroenterologist at this time to streamline issue and get back on health track.
