Lightheaded: Lightheaded and dizzy could be symptoms of dehydration, but you usually don't see that associated with pressure in the face and upper neck pain. You could have allergies, which would give symptoms of nasal congestion, clear nasal drainage and watery itchy eyes. Upper neck pain can cause "cervical vertigo, " which can be treated with stretching and anti-inflammatories. You could try anti-histamin.
