I have an extreme phobia of throwing up. is this something i could get help with? like tablets or therapy?

Whether its spiders, snakes, clowns or throwing up, a phobia can be treated by a life coach/therapist using various techniques. Your regular doc should know someone in the area who can teach you relaxation skills and explore the origin of your focus on that issue. Meds are seldom of any benefit unless other factors are involved. Do the work and this can get better.

Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to diagnose these multiple symptoms and formulate a treatment plan which may include medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist. Also, please have a complete physical exam to determine if some of your symptoms are due to a physical problem.
