I assume you meant lower abdominal pain and nausea. Those symptoms can be caused by many conditions and some may need emergent intervention. A simple food poisoning or a viral infection can cause those symptoms but serious conditions such as appendicitis, intestinal obstruction, etc. can present the same. A physical exam and radiology test(s) are required for ruling out acute abdomen.
