Abdominal pain: Worsening abdominal pain especially if persistent always needs physician evaluation. If you only experience transient pain that is brief such as a cramp you could discuss with your doctor by appointment. However, right sided abdominal pain and nausea suggests emergent need to see if you might be having an appendicitis or something else more urgent. Get to your doctor or an ER.
