Had a nerve block for large toe amputation on neuropathic foot 18 hours ago and no flexion has returned. foot and ankle like wood. should i be worried?

18 hours is not unusual but you can also present circulatory conditions so not absorb the local anesthetic as quickly. If epinephrine was used 24 hours are not unusual in a “normal” foot. If any further concerns call the surgeon. He is best source of information about the surgery.
