No absolute contraindication but you need to watch for the worsened side effects of xanax and paroxetine such as dizziness, drowsiness, poor concentration, poor motor coordination, etc. You should temporarily avoid the activities which require high alertness such as driving or machinery operation until you know how these drugs affect you. Alcohol should be avoided.
