I went to er again for chest pain. ekg was different showing rbbb and lpfb. no troponin at all. why would they let me go home?! this was a new finding. i cant stop worrying about this situation. any advice?

If you've not seen a cardiologist, it would be advisable to do so as soon as possible. In. addition, an electrophysiologist (cardiologist specialist) could investigate your EKG change. Your clinical symptoms and signs merit a careful evaluation.
