I am experiencing ear pressure. the following also describe me: ear ache, aching muscles, and nasal congestion. what should i do? i was on an antibiotic last week for an acute sinus infection. is this related?

Possibly: you want to manage nasal congestion and possibly upper respiratory infection, continue the prescribed antibiotic, and revisit your doctor for re-evaluatin, meanwhile, use saline nasal washes, pain killer, rest and hydration, good luck
