Asymmetry is quite normal and not a problem. Don't think there's a need for an operation or that you have a cancerous lesion. If you are still concerned please see your physician who can actually examine you and order the appropriate tests, if necessary.

Your question cant be answered accurately without an exam. Cancer does not cause a soft testicle- on the contrary- a hard area. Best is to see a Urologist . he/she will explain everything and treat you. and you will be fine.
