Ache in left shoulder, armpit, right of armpit, down below armpit and in my left back. no injury, dont see any swelling but concerned that it is signs of an infection or a blood clot in my arm? in a panic. no bc pills on iud. bp seems good?

You have no symptoms characteristic of a blood clot. My sense is that you have a nerve impingement from a spur or bulging disc in your neck vertebra. An MRI would show this if it's the problem. Discuss with your physician or consult a neurologist if symptom persists.
