Pituitary gland adenomas are nearly always benign. They tend to grow slowly and can produce symptoms related to the hormone that is being produced. Most are non-functional, some secrete Prolactin. Surgical removal is the best approach to manage this tumor when it is producing any symptoms.Medical treatment is a good option Seek consultation with a Endocrinologist to guide your future medical care
