Can a pituitary adenoma move from being on the right side of the pituitary gland to the left side of the gland or is this only possible for a cyst? are all pituitary tumors stationary? its just that it is on the right on my past reports but now left?

I wouldn't expect a pituitary adenoma to switch sides. I suspect that some pituitary cysts can be mistaken for an adenoma. It's conceivable that one cyst dissolved on one side & another appeared on the other side. Perhaps the radiologists should review all your studies to determine if a.mistake or a typo was the cause of confusion.
