Does the submandibular gland feel round below the jaw? if i were feeling a tumor/cancer on the gland, what would it feel like? my right gland is biger

Many reasons: I agree it's uncertain exactly what you're feeling. Are these lymph nodes, and large salivary gland, or othe stuctures. Before I would suggest that it is uncertain that this is cancer but I would recommend you discuss this with your physician, get a proper evaluation, and then with correct data be in a better position understand what the problem is
