It is called hypothermia when your body T is persistently below 35° C or 95° F so your average T is still not considered abnormal yet. If you are also overweight, checking thyroid function test should be considered.

Although the normal temperature in an adult female can range from 36.1 to 37.2, I wouldn't worry about lower than average ones if you're feeling in very good health other than maybe getting chilly easily,. Otherwise we check for underactive thyroid,low blood sugar or circulation problems..
