Yes. : Yes. Each person will respond to medication in a slightly different manner, such that one might need a much higher dose than another for a similar effect. It is less likely such a dose might be effective, however, as the dose is quite low. If a person tends to be more sensitive to lower doses in general, perhaps this will work.
