Go to get endoscopy wednesday i had h pylori which has since been eradicated i was put on protonix 40 mg twice daily i feel fine but have had yellow solid stools the whole time is that normal? also have minor bloating?

What kind of endoscopy, upper or lower endoscopy. If H. pylori was eradicated, why are you still taking protonix at high dose? Do you have GERD? I do not think you will have colonoscopy because there is no indication for colonoscopy. Solid yellow stool is not grossly abnormal because stool color can become lighter when taking protonix.
