Much more likely: that you are constipated. Bowel obstruction causes much more intense symptoms, i.e. PAIN than just bloating. Bloating is very common with constipation which is often described as having fewer than three BM's per week, so you are right on the cusp! Increasing fiber (fruits and veggies) and water is your first step; increase exercise to most days of the week. If symptoms persist, see your Doctor!
