Can i drink caffeine the same day as taking hydroxyzine 25mg ?

Yes- there should be no problem with that combination. However, if the hydroxyzine is being used to help with sleep or anxiety, adding caffeine may reduce the effectiveness of the hydroxyzine in those areas.
