I have had nasal adenoid surgery twice, and the last time i did it was about 6 years ago. i feel the presence of dry mucus in the nose most of the time and dry blood sometimes. is it possible for the adenoids to come back again, and if it comes back?

Adenoids usually shrink and disappear by now even you did not have adenoidectomy years ago. I wonder if you had nasal polyps, not adenoids and your current symptoms can be due to chronic allergic rhinitis. One thing for sure that adenoids do not recur at your age.
