What it the best way to treat peripheral nerve damage. i am suffering from ankle plantar flexion in right foot,limping and walking,how to improve this? i had a lumbar microdiscetomy 2 months back and after surgery having numbness and leg weakness?

Check with your surgeon . If no permanent damage then with PT this can gradually recover. You might also need special foot wear. Good luck

Agree with Dr. Tandan, as the real question involves the possible permanency of what appears to be a postoperative complication. See the surgeon, and spend sufficient time to fully appreciate what has occurred, the reasons for it, and potential interventions which may help potential improvement.
