It could be functional or an early symptom of an enlarged prostate (BPH). You can first try to stop the dribbling with a complete voiding, no rush, at the end of the task, try to contract the bladder more by contracting the pelvic floor muscles, same like practicing pelvic floor exercises, then milking the urethra from the penile base to the tip. If it's ineffective, see a urologist for r/o BPH.

This is mechanical. Some urine gets trapped in the penis when peeing 'over' the pants as the penis is not ion a dependent position and leaks out when it is put back or when you sit. In this case drop your pants a little so there is no bend in the penis when urinating, wait for a few seconds after you think you are finished, shake the penis a bit and zip up. Pronto you will be dry ! good luck
