Your symptoms seem consistent with chronic pelvic syndrome. Initial treatment with an alpha blocker such as tamsulosin and a short course of NSAID such as ibuprofen should be tried. If you have been treated with this regimen but failed then I suggest using tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline or nortriptyline for a couple months as a therapeutic trial.

Drink plenty of water, get the stones treated and try orange juice. Once stones are gone you will be better
