Many things: Wash daily with bathing or showering. Shampooing the hair should be done daily too, or at the least 3x/week. Hand washing is important before eating or handling food, and always after using the bathroom, brushing and flossing your teeth after meals is recommended and when you awake and go to sleep. Shaving areas and how often is a personal preference.
