Probably they are not related. The "freckle" is usually a choroidal nevus under the retina and almost never affects the vision. It is similar to a mole on your skin and almost never amounts to anything, though it should be checked periodically. The astigmatism simply has to do with the shape of the eye. The floaters should be checked if they are new, but usually they slowly improve with time.
