If gingivitis caused by bruxism what is the solution to permanently heal my gums ?

Gingivitis is cause by bacterial growth and tartar accumulation. Regular brushing and flossing can prevent it. It would be prudent to see a dentist for an initial cleaning and may require periodic cleaning. Wish you good health!

Gingivitis is infection, resulting in inflammation. Plaque (bacteria mixed w food debris) produces enzymes that literally eat your gums. Calcium in your saliva hardens the plaque into tarter which additionally causes irritation resulting in gum recession. Bruxism is not the cause. You need a professional cleaning 2-4x/year, and you have to come to realize that your Oral Hygiene Regimen is failing.
