I have been having this in my right upper arm but only in one spot and it feels like the pain is in my bone. my dr say it arthritis but i don't have pain in my joint. i never had pain in my joint and the pain was all of a sudden?

With arthritis I too expect joint area discomfort. Isolated bone pain, if it persists, would warrant an X-Ray of that bone. Sometimes tendonitis can be perceived as bone pain in the arm when the inflamed tendon is low.in the deltoid or triceps muscles regions of the arm.
