By far the most common STD in this situation is gonorrhea, and the clinic has treated you exactly as recommended for that possibility (although it is uncertain whether you really need the doxycycline). Others are nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) due to oral bacteria (but not chlamydia), herpes due to HSV1, and syphilis (but very rarely). No risk for chlamydia, HIV, or others.
