Self diagnosis is most always wrong. Does not sound like an yeast infection. Wash the area with soap and water and apply benadryl cream/ointment. If not better pl see your doc or Urologist. Hope you feel better

I agree it's best to have an accurate diagnosis with proper treatment. You may be correct in your diagnosis and, if you wish, you could first try applying a nonprescription antiyeast cream. Bear in mind that yeast infections can be passed back and forth between sexual partners. Both would need treatment.
