I am experiencing ear lump or bulge. Behind my left ear it goes down then sweels back up went to the doc they said its nothing to worry about now at the base of my head lft side at hair line there is another lump. it is a little sore?
24F have constant, non-pulsatile, tinnitus in both ears for ~6 months. Doc recommended Flonase, but it hasn't helped and at follow up there is no fluid in ears. I have an ENT appt in a couple months. How concerned should I be? Likelihood of a tumor?

Blurry/foggy vision, kind of dizzy, tinnitus, and weird pressure in my head. Everything looks "off" went to PT for labyrinthitis and doc said everything's ok. Could I need glasses? Not anxious.
