You know that space under your ear and right next to your jaw? what does it mean when you feel a small lump in there? for context i have an ear infection and no symptoms of tinnitus. i also checked my other ear space thingy and it's empty per usual?

Could be lymph node if on same side as ear infection. Should go away few weeks.
